We hope you have had a rest over the summer and are getting back into whatever the ‘new normal’ looks like for you. For us, August has been a month of rest and preparation. Like you, we’ve been getting ready for our children to go back to school and dealing with a heavier workload as work inevitably gets even busier as September hits.

We’ve been reflecting on what a MAD year it’s been and how it’s important for us all as dads to prioritise our physical and mental health. We’ve written some blogs that should help over the next few weeks, from flexible working and work-life balance for dads, fitting in exercise as busy parents and tips for managing wellbeing and mental health in fatherhood.

Over the past weeks we’ve been planning our Autumn content and we’ll have load of new articles, podcasts and events for you over the coming months. If there are particular topics you would like us to feature, please reply to this email and let us know. But before we get into all of that, we are looking forward to a very important milestone – the launch of the 2020-2021 Premier League season! And to mark the occasion, we are launching our annual MFF FPL league. So if you fancy yourself as a oracle of football knowledge and think you’ve got what it takes to keep up, join our league!
