On Saturday 17th June we celebrated Father’s Day, with an ‘Extra Time’ event at Watford Football Club. And it was incredible!
We shared and we talked. We were vulnerable and open. We healed and we supported. We spoke on the importance of spaces for men and dads to reflect on what we are doing well, what we are not doing so well and what we need help with.
It’s where the change happens. We spoke about accountability, being present, how we build our support systems and how we create a better work-life balance.

Our partners shared the local support available to dads through their services and added so much value to the event.
